Do you want to continue to help shape the future of Equality and Diversity work in Hampshire and possibly win a £20 Marks and Spencers voucher?

At the end of June 2012 the Hampshire Diversity Support Project, funded by the Big Lottery, comes to an end. We are undertaking an evaluation of the Project in order to see the extent to which it has achieved its two overarching aims to:
• Establish and develop the Hampshire Independent Equality Forum
• Support voluntary and community organisations to meet the needs of Hampshire’s diverse communities

We have appointed two independent consultants, Shelagh Prosser and Sheila Rogers, to undertake the evaluation which begins now and will be completed by the beginning of May.

If you would like to win £20 M&S vouchers and have 10 minutes to spare, we would be very grateful if you could fill in and return this questionnaire to info(at)action.hants.org.uk or post it to: HDSP Evaluation c/o Community Action Hampshire, Beaconsfield House, Andover Road, Winchester SO22 6AT
by Friday 27 April 2012.

If you would like the information in another format or have any queries, please email info(at)action.hant.org.uk or call 01962 2854971. Many thanks for your continued support.
