Partner Finder

The CAH ‘Partner Finder’ service is a quick and easy tool linking not-for-profit service providers, helping them come together to tender for public sector contracts in Hampshire and the south east, or to offer a range of personalised services.

You may be looking to:

  • form a consortium to bid for a complex range of services;
  • join with others to provide a complementary package of services, eg to personal budget holders or self funders;
  • develop new relationships with partners in your area of interest; or
  • find a partner organisation willing to deliver in a geographic area outside of your own area of benefit.

Registering your organisation on Partner Finder couldn’t be simpler – just complete and submit the online form which will then be available for other organisations to view via the CAH website. Organisations will be able to view your details and the types of work you are interested in developing via this website and contact you directly.

Register your organisation

You can register your organisation in a number of ways through one form:

Online form

You can either Submit this form online, Save and then send as an attachment to an email, or Print and then Fax to 01962 844160 or indeed post to CAH.

The form that you submit will be uploaded to our website and then linked to on this page - other organisations will be then be able to view the information you entered on your form when they click on the link. Please do not forget to tick the box on the form giving your consent for this - if you would like to see CAH's Data Protection Policy please click here or on the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of this page.
